Boo-Berry Muffins

Food Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups old fashion oats 1 cup all-purpose flour cup dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt 1 egg 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 cup frozen blueberries teaspoon (Optional: 1 sugar crystals)

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. 2 Mix in yogurt, egg, and oil; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. 3 Fold in blueberries. 4 Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. 5 Optional: Sprinkle with sugar.) 6 Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. 7 Cool on rack.
