Here is the recipe:

8 Ounces Tuna
1 Tablespoon (15g) No Sugar Added Sweet Relish
Pinch Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Parsley
2 Tablespoons (14g) Bacon Bits
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Red Onion
1/4 Cup Celery
5.3 Ounces (150g) Plain Greek Yogurt (or Fat Free Mayonnaise/Cottage Cheese)
2 Large Hard Boiled Eggs

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

Calories: 577
Fat: 21g
Saturated Fat: 5g
Sodium: 743mg
Carbs: 13g
Fiber: 2g
Sugar: 7g
Protein: 84g

Hard boil 2 Large Eggs. Chop up your Hard Boiled Eggs, Red Onion, and Celery. Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl. Mix everything together. Mouthgasm!

Tips: Want it spicy? Add in some Sriracha!

Double or triple the recipe to have enough for the whole week!

Use lettuce instead of bread to cut down on your carbs!

    Excellent mix, I'll have try srircha next time. I went with 4 tbl spoon of mayo, afraid full 5 oz would make it too soupy for my taste.

    I just made this is the bomb!!! If you don't like that sharp red onion flavor. Give the red onions an ice bath. If found that it mellows the red onion flavor .?

    I always add mustard to my tuna salad, it gives it a nice little flavor on the back end, but that is how my family always made it.
