    Hi Lesley. Thank you for your question. Are you wanting to bake only half
    of the cobbler? You can reduce all the ingredients by half. We’d recommend
    baking this cobbler in a smaller cast iron pan. Check the cobbler halfway
    through to see if you need to reduce the baking time. Enjoy!

    so instead try using potato starch, rice starch or flour instead. Let us
