You never discussed SUN WARRIOR
I love this girl's soft feminine voice.
Good info. I agree with getting most protein from plant-sources. However, the benefit of the protein powder is like you said, relative higher percentage of protein. I think it is beneficial when incorporated with meals or added for flavor/texture. I see that in this vid you mention you are trying to gain lean muscle. Well, I specialize in muscle firming, toning and development without gaining bodyfat. I have several vids on my channel and I'm plant-based. In fact, I may make a video for you.
Your such a sweet heart this was exactly the info i was after thanks :)x
I forgot : also coconut oil for the happy cake
have you ever tried Arbonne powder, it's organic and has 20 grams of vegan protein, plus 20 essential vitamins and minerals per serving. and it so freakin good.
some doctors, researchers, use the protein powders to help healing or calm down the add adhd autistic children ( gut & psichology syndrome – dr natasha campbell mc bride or donna gates for more info ) simply the successfully used protein powders is in smoothie or can be prepared a happy cake that has:some nuts (walnuts, cashews, hemp) some protein powder of good quality and some sweetener (honey, dates), raw cacao, etc ok – make a little cake-ball, the brain will have material 4 neurotransmitters.
I train cardio and weights. I am it seems the only guy in the gym doing chins. I weigh 85 kilos and I am 5 foot 10in. I life about 100 kilos for reps on the flat bench.
I do not take any suppliments as in B12 or protein shakes. I eat brown rice, fruit and veg and water and tea.
That is my own experience so what does that tell you…. not sure…. but it makes me wonder why people need suppliments also. Oh I am a vegan not for selfish reasons but that I hate eating meat.
protein powders are easy to be absorbed, without work from the stomach, pancreas, etc many ppl are missing protein because they do not digest very well, they do not have so much digestive enzymes or even gastric acid in the stomach, so this protein powder would be so very helpful for them and for everyone that is tired from sports and needs quick reinforcement and building blocks for repair muscles, but also for those that are tired from other motifs…great presentation ! thanks 🙂
we don't need extra protein. As long as you eat enough, you don't need to worry about protein.
The most recent protein powder I've bought is a hemp-based one I found at Pangea. It's a bit grainy, but good in smoothies.
I would get houmous. Houmous is great. It is easy to eat and full of protein. 🙂
Wake it on bread or lettuce leaf and your all good. 🙂
