Jamie has always been a fan of big “man food”. When eating out in restaurants he’ll often opt for steak, burgers or ribs. So when designing a dish perfect for him… it had to be sticky ribs from his Honeymoon trip. And what’s bigger and better than pork ribs? Beef ribs of course!

my family is from south africa and my grandparents live there, so every time we go there we do a traditional barbecue (south african: braai) it is soon good and the atmosphere is great

Whenever I watch one of SORTED Food's videos before a meal they seem like the best thing ever. Just had dinner and now they gross me out. Whelp, guess I have to wait for pre-breakfast. XD

We have one of those frogs! My Dad bought it in Africa, along with a curled up cat one that makes a purring sound.
Favorite holiday food would have to be lamb leg with garlic stuck inside, left in the oven on a slow burn, with red wine sauce and creamed potatoes.

Defo best ribs belong to our cousins across the pond!!! no one does bbq like Texas or California. Ribs 'Murica!!!
All that sugar in the food is that really necessary?… i mean enough that people may be consuming sugar from sweets & deserts, why would food need to have sugar in it as well? such practice may finally cause the onset of diabetes, etc in the longer term at least…

for more flavor you can sear the ribs before throwing it into the marinade
