Just ordered the 5 tray Excalibur this morning, and then your cracker video
came up! Looks tasty and easy to do. I eat pretty plain and raw, but being
able to make crackers, breads and chips will be great for guests who don’t
eat raw. Nice to see a cracker without flax seeds!

I agree with Shevawn England-have You thought of compiling Your raw food
recipes into a comprehensive cookbook?! I would totally buy it! If you
do-include gourmet AND basic recipes-or You could show how a basic recipe
could become gourmet, etc.
