Banana Nut Cake

I love down home country desserts. This banana nut cake is exactly that. Although, this is an adapted recipe, I did a few tweaks and it turned out great. You can use a caramel topping or a cream cheese frosting as I did. Either will turn out great, and I sure did enjoy the cream cheese frosting on this banana nut cake.
