Baked Salmon With Tomato Sauce

Food Ingredients:
1 med. – lg. onion 1/2 cup minced onion 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup tomato sauce 12 ounces tomato juice 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water 12 slices bacon, crumbled

Recipe preparation:
1 Rub fish with cloth dipped in vinegar. Combine tomato juice, sauce, garlic powder, onion, salt, white pepper and water. Cut fish in large pieces to fit loaf pans. Place pieces in pans and sprinkle bacon between fish layers and on top. Pour sauce over all. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
