making a real Italian meal, Ricotta should be pronounced Rigawta or Rigawt.

I always rinse off the eggplant under running water after salting and then
pat dry.
Could you list the ingredients?

This is the best and the easiest eggplant dish. Made it a day before and
put it into fridge. Put in oven the next day. Great for a party .Guests
helped themselves. No fuss on the day. THANKS

You said to add chopped parsley to the morrzella but it should be basil. I
out parsley instead hope it turns out ok 🙁 am baking it now
