Artichokes Parmesan

Food Ingredients:
1 package frozen artichoke hearts, quartered 1 clove garlic 1 large shallot, minced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 medium lemon, juiced 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated salt and pepper

Recipe preparation:
1 Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add shallot and saute for 5 minutes until tender. 2 Add garlic and artichokes and cook another 5 minutes until tender. 3 Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. 4 Top with parmesan cheese.
