Beautiful video and a wonderful taste of a family tradition! Thank you…..
I also think of my Granny making her delicious meatballs when I watch this
however she passed away before I could learn her recipe so I am so happy
that this authentic lovely woman shared her version 🙂

add more garlic for me and a tad of basil dryed or fresh and maybe some
crushed red peppers I have even added some fennel seeds crushed in my
hand..I dare say I bet her mother-in-laws fried balls were the bomb she
even gets a smile on her face as she recalls..lovely video

I made these following your recipe Anne, and wow! I want you to be my

This recipe went into my personal cookbook where I write my favorites down.
Thank you so much. Also, do you cold shock your pasta after cooking it to
prevent it from over cooking?
