    let alone you need complete proteins so you should mention quinoa is and the others need to be mixed with the certain amino acids required to actually have efficient protein… please I'm no smart person but change the way you do videos…

    I have asked this of several vegans and no one has an answer. How does a person "go vegan" when they can't digest grains, soy, raw cruciferous, or legumes?

    Black beans are also really high in carbs. Not good for someone on a low carb diet.
