One of my fave go-tos is to bake some eggs in a muffin pan the night
before. Just crack an egg in the tin, add whatever small veggies or cheese
you want and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. They will save in the fridge for
about a week. I just heat the egg in the micro for about 30 seconds in the
morning and put it on an English muffin. Paired with a banana, it’s a great
quick and warm breakfast!

powders? If not, what are your thoughts?
Loving your videos by the way, they have given me the push to change my
life for the better and really keep me inspired. I watched your video
recently where you were reading out comments people made about your
appearance and found them shocking and extremely closed minded. One of the
reasons i respect you so much is because you are a realistic and a real
woman, you don’t diet and/exercise to be skinny and to look good(though
that is a nice perk and you do look good) you do it to be healthy and that
is exactly what you are and what people should be aiming for. Part of being
healthy is being happy and by cutting out everything you enjoy and spending
all of your time exercising just to look skinny will not in any way make
someone happy. Healthy choices and moderation of the naughty treats is what
i live by. By not saying no completely to the things i like means i crave
them less. Anyway (rant over) Cheers!
