Fresh herbs definitely the way to go. It’s right in with the produce and
comes in plastic containers so if you don’t need all of it just put back in
plastic container. If I’m not going to use the rest of the herbs within a
week or two I put them in a plastic freezer bag and put in the freezer.
Then I have them anytime I want to makes sauces, soups and marinades. Great
marinade I will be trying this marinade this week. :-)
