Yummy! The banana-cinnamon smoothie tastes like banana crème pie! :D

Busy with finishing up my first week of school so I wasn’t able to get up
to date on all of these recipes.
Made this on the school day off and had it for breakfast.
Only used 4 bananas and three dates as I usually find the recipes to be a
little too sweet for my tastebuds! Perfect breakfast “meal” for on the go!!

At the moment I am stuck on the banana, coconut and freshly ground ginger.
My breakfast routine! <3 <3 <3 Thank you Kristina. Hugs to you. <3

You are an amazing girl. You have life in the palm of your hands at your
young age. Whan you get older you realize that good heath is more
iimportant than anything in life. Keep this website going strong. Love
    every video. Thanks

I love green smoothies. It’s mind over matter though, my co-workers are
always thrown off by the color, but I’m like the color doesn’t matter it
tastes SOOOOO GOOOD! 🙂 ha ha

I find that it’s easier if you blend the leafy greens first with any
liquids your using, then adding your fruit. It makes the smoothie more
creamy and less likely to have chunky leafs.

Hello! You really inspire me! Even today is not such a great day, the
weather i mean, i took a long walk to the market and shop some greens. We
have no kale here but i bought spinach, parsley, green salad , chinese
salad, ginger and cabbage. So i will make my smoothie with spinach,
parsley, ginger and red grape-fruit. Thank You again! You really really
    bring me joy!

Wow, you don’t even need to add any liquid in these?

Hi +FullyRawKristina i’m new to smoothies and i have a few questions, do
you drink these smoothies as snacks, or meal replacements? do you drink the
whole thing in one sitting, or throughout the day? thanks for the great
    smoothie ideas!!

So I made the Berry Perry smoothie for breakfast today, now note I make a
juice or smoothie everyday and bring it to work. Today I was walking around
drinking it and went into the office. One of the women that work there (a
good friend Cheryl) asked me what that was, I told her the ingredients. She
commented that it looked really thick, I responded explaining that I think
my pears where not quiet ripe enough which in turn made it thicker.Cheryl’s
eyes widened and she responded with “wait you use REAL fruit, like not
canned fruit?” hahaha I had to laugh and said all of my food is made from
fresh organic fruits and veggies. She looked at me as though I was from
another planet and now calls me the crazy health girl. Hahaha it was a
    funny experience.
