    Hello, Liked your recipe, but as much as I know from my grandmother,
    instead of water she use to puree roasted red peppers (like 4 large) and
    red hot pepper paste. I remember, it was yummy.

    One of my favorite spreads/dips! When made correctly it tastes so good.
