Canadian Fish Coating Or Batter
Food Ingredients:
1 cup pancake mix 1 cup corn meal 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup 1/2 teaspoon garlic 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe preparation:
1 Mix together; roll fish in it and fry in oil or add 1 beaten egg and enough beer to make medium batter. Dip fish and deep fry. Store unused mix in freezer.
