Its really very very tasty chop eaten as snacks in Bengal. My mom always make it at home as she doesn`t like to have street food. It is a healthy and delicious recipe served as an appetizer and a cup of tea or enjoyed with muri or puffed rice. I`m not too fond of beet root but This is probably the only beet root recipe that I like.

Milli, this is awesome. Thanks for educating.
Hi, Mili!!! You have a great channel! Thank you for your hard work in
making these videos. Mili, I have a question. What do you call the very
sweet orange desert. I think it is fermented flour and you squeeze the
liquid dough into oil. It turns orange and is a very sweet and crunchy
treat. What is the name of that and do you have a video for it? Thank
you!
Thanks mili for sharing this. I like all your recipes. Veg chop is my
favorite. How to make bread crumbs at home ? Can we use biscuit crumbs
instead of bread crujbs ?
I made this for my ladies” party & it was a hit. Thanks Mili
very nice. Thank you Mili.
Shukto is already posted. Check it out.
Thanks a lot Mili. What was one of the ingredients of the Bhaji masala –
Cumin seeds/Coriander Seeds and what was the other one please? Thanks for
the video.
Yes… completely agreed… kolkata veg chop is the best. Sprinkle black
salt or beetnun on the chops. Also you can add bhaja masala which is
roasted cumin, coriander, and red chilly.
