I’ve been using MSG for decades, for the enhancing properties of the
glutimates, but never really researched it. Now I’m compelled to
investigate these Umamis, not just for this burger, but for general
reference. The seasoning and sauce themselves could have other uses.

That looks AWESOME! I LOVE my Primo XLO griddle! It really makes the best
burgers! BTW, how hot did you have the grill while cooking the burger? I’ve
been experimenting with different temps and have gotten mixed results. I’m
guessing it was around the 350 mark.
