Strawberry and Goat Cheese Pavlova

Strawberry and Goat Cheese Pavlova

Food Ingredients:
6 egg whites pinch of salt 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine egg whites with salt and beat until firm, shiny peaks form. 2 Gradually add 1-1/4 cups of the sugar and continue to beat until stiff and glossy. 3 Fold in the vinegar, vanilla and 1/2 cup of the remaining sugar. 4 Mist some water on parchment paper that is on a baking pan, and spoon the 5 Meringue mixture in the desired shape. 6 Bake until the outside is crisp and just set in the center, about 1-1/2 hours. 7 Set aside until cool. 8 Scoop goat cheese gelato in the center, and spoon strawberries marinated in balsamic vinegar and sugar, over top. 9 Serve and enjoy!!
