Steak Tartare

Food Ingredients:
pound Fresh, raw sirloin or pound Tenderloin beef, cubed teaspoon Capers teaspoon Worcestershire sauce teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 1-inch piece onion

Recipe preparation:
1 Place the meat in a blender or food processor and process until meat is finely chopped. Add remaining ingrediants and repeat processing. Form into ball. 2 Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with cocktail rye bread. 3 Yield: 1 Cup
