Spicy Mushroom Chops

Food Ingredients:
8 ounces Mushroom/Button Mushroom Pack (chopped) 1/4 cup Peas (optional) 1 Onion big (finely chopped) 2 inches ginger large piece (finely chopped) 3 Garlic large cloves (finely chopped) 2 Clove no.s 1 inch Cinnamon stick 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds Turmeric powder a pinch 1 teaspoon Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon Mutton masala 5 sprigs Coriander leaves Pepper Powder to taste Salt to taste 3 teaspoons Oil

Recipe preparation:
1 Wash and cut the mushrooms into bite size pieces and keep aside. 2 Heat oil in a pan,add clove cinnamon,fennel seeds wait till it splutter and add ginger-garlic and fry for a minute and add finely chopped onions,sprinkle some salt and fry till onion turns light golden brown. 3 After that,add mushroom,peas,stir fry for a minute. 4 Then add all the dry masala powders and fry for a minute. 5 Add enough salt and sprinkle little water and close it with a lid and cook till mushroom get cooked. 6 Lastly add pepper powder and some chopped coriander leaves, saute for a minute. 7 Thats it..spicy mushroom chops is ready to eat. 8 Serve as a accompaniment of ur choice..
