Chocolate Protein Bar Brownies | Healthy & Easy Dessert Recipe!

You will need:
1 Cup Oat Flour
3 Scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate OR Vanilla – any brand)
3 Tbsp Premium Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Stevia (Can use Sucralose, Spenda, Xylitol or any other sweetener)
4 Egg Whites
8oz Apple + Berry Sauce (Can use plain Apple Sauce)
4 oz Water
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Makes 16, Per Bar:
55 Calories
6g Protein
6g Carbs
1g Fat
1g Sugar

*Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on oven temp.
* You can customize the recipe and add peanut butter, dried fruits, nuts, etc to the batter as you wish, but it will change the macros.

    I’m cooking these brownies now…..they look delicious. Ive been so
    motivated with my Hiit and weights. My diet has been on point. Just waiting
    for the weight to drop. I did notice that I sleep better and I have more
    energy. I wonder if you could do a video on the side benefits of what you
    experienced since adopting a healthier lifestyle. Such as skin hair nails
    growth. Perhaps more mental clarity self esteem better sleep etc.

    These are so good! I started my journey in Jan 2015 and these have been in
    my fridge since. I have one piece everyday, it’s my chocolate fix, I almost
