Quick recipe for Jerk Chicken Noodle Stir Fry. Cookbook author Chris De La Rosa shares his recipe for making this tasty one pot dish with simple step by step instructions.

For this jerk chicken noodle stir fry recipe, you’ll need…

1 package Noodles (about 340 G | 12 oz)
1 stalk celery
1/2 carrot
2 scallions
2 cups jerk chicken (cubed)
2 birds eye pepper (optional)
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups cabbage
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon veg oil

* Cook the noodles according to package directions “but”.. if it says to cook for 5 minutes, try to under cook it by a minute or so, so you don’t end up with soggy noodle when it’s stir fried. The noodles I used is a Caribbean chow mein noodle found at most West Indian supermarkets

I notice in alot of videos you say to put the whole pepper in with out
busing it open to Get the flavor but not the raw heat. My question is with
this method how much heat do you actual get, some heat or none at all?

Will try this. How did you fix the sticking of the noddles? Or once you
start mixing it separates? I notice there was a break in the video at that
    spot. Thx
