    Hello. I was just watching your video you have a lot of good recipes. My family is from the South so there are some similarities in the cooking. So far from what I've seen everything looks great. But you said something about your son said it looks like dog food. Just a suggestion please don't get offended. I cook a lot of Asian food. Try flank steak it looks just like the Chinese resturaunts.

    I like your recipe and I am going to try it out. I know it is going to be good. The things that I will do different is that I will brown the beef. Also I would steam the vegetables on the stove. I warm my food in the microwave. I don't like cooking in it. You're dish looked very good to me. Don't bring up the words (Dog Food ) on a cooking video.
