Ingredients:

Filling
600 grams cleaned spinach
160 grams Goat Cheese
Nutmeg
Salt
Black Pepper
Tomato Salad:
4 Small Tomatoes

Vinaigrette:
10 grams vinegar of your choice (Tarragon vinegar was used in the class)
30 grams oil of your choice (Olive oil was used in the class)
Salt
Black Pepper
Chopped Parsley

    I made this today, but when I cooked it for 13 minutes the outside was
    cooked but not the inside. If I cook it longer then 13 minutes I will burn
    the outside. Should I make the puff pastry dough thinner on the outside.
