PUMPKIN PIE (plus Recipe)

What to do with a pumpkin? Make a soup, cook a compote, cut a face? All fine! But what about baking a savory pumpkin pie? It’s simple, fast and tastes really well. Have fun with this video, I hope you enjoy my creation!

    i think that was evaporated milk not condensed you used, condensed milk is
    way more syrupy then that milk was cause it has a higher sugar count

    what do you do with the pumpkin after baking it and let it cool down? Do
    you peel of the skin, before putting in the bowl? sorry if i’m asking a

    Looks delicious! When you say condensed milk do you mean the sweetened
    version or milk with some water removed?

    Thanks! I used the unsweetened version. I now realized, that “condensed
    milk” in other countries is a little different from “Kondensmilch” in
    Germany. I thing I should have said “evaporated milk”.
