Pasta Chicken Salad
Food Ingredients:
1/2 cup pasta corkscrew 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt plain 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing * 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning crushed 1 cup shredded cabbage mix with 1/4 cup shredded carrots mix with 6 ounces cooked chicken chopped 1 small tomato seeded and chopped Lettuce leaves
Recipe preparation:
1 *Recipe called for reduced calorie mayonnaise, I used fat-free 2 Cook pasta according to package direction, Drain. Rinse under cold water. 3 Drain again. 4 For dressing, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and dash pepper. Toss together the pasta, dressing, cabbage and carrots, chicken and tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Cover; and chill for several hours. 5 Serves 2 6 2gWW Points: 6 (according to MC) I changed cooked chicken from 1 cup to 6 ounces and reduced-calorie mayonnaise to fat-free the recipe asked for 1 cupmixed shredded cabbage and carrots, I used 1 cup shredded cabbage and 1/4 cup shredded carrots.
