ingredients 1 pound of chicken, 1/3 cup of mirin cooking wine, 1/3 cup of sake, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 1/3 cup of water, 1 tbs of ginger, 1-2 tbs of brown sugar, 1/3 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tbs of rice vinegar, 2 tsp of corn starch mixed with 2 oz of water.

    Yum!!! I can’t find Sake but I did find the real Mirin. It tastes way
    better than the bottled teriyaki.

    me. everything else was perfect. next time i’ll put much less sake.
