ingredients 1 pound of chicken, 1/3 cup of mirin cooking wine, 1/3 cup of sake, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 1/3 cup of water, 1 tbs of ginger, 1-2 tbs of brown sugar, 1/3 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tbs of rice vinegar, 2 tsp of corn starch mixed with 2 oz of water.

Yum!!! I can’t find Sake but I did find the real Mirin. It tastes way
better than the bottled teriyaki.wow that looks good
–where do u get marin?just made this, marinated my chicken over night though. Too much sake for
me. everything else was perfect. next time i’ll put much less sake.thank you for recipe.
