I smoked up some spare ribs on the Weber today using the method in this
video, the only thing I did different was I using a water pan, spraying the
racks down with apple juice ever hour or so, and I used a BBQ sauce made
from freshly brewed coffee. Turned out great, thanks for the tips in this
video!!!

Got about 1 hr left or so on a batch of these right now, just painted on
some more sauce and they look and smell GUD! Thx for the vid! Running a
batch of potato bombs with bacon, butter, and onion over the hot side, and
had to use pitmaster privilege to sample one and it was DAMN GUD! Enjoy
this recipe all, it’s a winner.
