Homemade Sweet And Sour Crispy Chicken (1/2)

1 pound of chicken tender

Batter: 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1/4 cup of cornstarch, 1 egg, 3/4 cup plus 1-2 TBS. of cold water, 1 tsp of baking powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper and 1 tsp of vegetable cooking oil.

Sauce:2 cups of fruit juices or fruits punch, 1/3 tsp of minced ginger, 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of white vinegar, 1 lemon(sliced), 7 drops of red food coloring, 3-4 TBS of cornstarch dissolve in 1/2 cup of cold water. (option: 1/3 cup of ketchup)

Vegetables:1 1/2 cup of mixed(green and red pepper, onion, pineapple and carrot)

Heated the cooking oil to 375 degrees and fry the chicken for 6 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!!!!!
