Greek Summer Salad

Food Ingredients:
1 cup red leaf lettuce 1 cup iceberg lettuce 1 cup spinach 1 med. tomato, chopped cup green or black olives 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1 lg. handful alfalfa sprouts 1 tablespoon minced celery 1/4 cup carrots, grated 1/4 cup red pepper, strips 1/4 cup yellow squash, cut long slivers 1/4 cup zucchini, grated 3/4 cup crumbled Feta or grated Jack cheese 1/2 cup 7 Herb dressing 1 clove garlic, minced 5 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon savory 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon mustard 1/4 teaspoon coriander 1/8 teaspoon sage 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine all vegetable ingredients in medium salad bowl. Add dressing and cheese, toss gently. Makes 2 servings. 2 Mix all ingredients in large jar with tight lid. Refrigerate until use.
