25 grams cream
25 grams maple syrup
15 grams butter
sprinkle of cinnamon
80 grams milk

    Thank you for your enquiry. Honey would be a perfect substitute in this recipe. Agave Nectar, malt extract, rice malt, golden syrup, would all be suitable. Thank you for watching.

    Could I replace the maple syrup with honey? Where I'm from maple syrup isn't that usual and therefor pretty expensive…

    I also made this for Father's Day (as well as the slamwich). I multiplied it by 4 and cooked it in a small Pyrex dish in the oven and it was yummy. Thanks for recipe
