    Ashton, Yes! You can totally replace avo with kale or spinach. It would
    actually make the smoothie healthier but less creamy. Honestly kale and
    spinach pair better with citrus or fruit- it helps tame the bitterness.

    Another one to make is -frozen berries. -7-8 almonds. – 1 cup coconut milk.
    -1/4 water (if it is too thick). -ice. -protein powder And it is delicious
