I have no real recipe for this just a few things I throw into the crockpot for some easy freezer meals!! It is a great way to use some straggler ingredients!

Thank you for this! I’m new to vegetarianism, am working and going to
school and am cheap. So crock potting was my go-to cooking approach
before, and you just made it so unintimidating to apply that to
