I am finding this frustrating as well to have to watch (first to see if you
even like the recipe) then watch and pause the video over and over to
garner the recipe. Why not use “Fair Use Notice” and include recipe in more
info section? Included “Fair Use” statement included in additional reply:

Unfortunately, since these (for the most part) are not my recipes, I can’t
provide them in writing due to copywriting issues. However, I do have links
directly on diabeticsurvivalkit. com in the Reviews section to cookbooks
I’ve garnered the recipes from so you don’t have to search for them. The
link to get the cookbook for the Stuffed Peppers recipe is here:

I just had this and it was FANTABLOUS!!!! I used finely chopped mushrooms
instead of rice and missed out on the tomato topping because I didn’t have
it, so I added a tad more tomato puree to the mix. Really yummy.

Little hint if like me you hate yucky hands. stick it into a zip lock bag
and squeeze it about. Clean hands and less washing up.

Looking forward to trying this one. YUM YUM!! If I’m stuffing peppers, I
stab a short sharp knife in at the seed angle I put my thumb on the stalk
and rotate just missing the seeds. Less waste.
