Custard and Syrup Blueberries

Food Ingredients:
40 grams flour (more or less 2 tablespoons), 150 grams sugar, 3 yolks (only yolks without albumen), lemon peel or vanille, 1/2 liter milk

Recipe preparation:
1 Make the milk boil with lemon peel or vanille and when it reaches the heat, turn the fire off and let it warm. 2 Mix the flour to sugar and yolks, mix well and if necessary, add a little of cold milk. 3 Then, drop the mixture into the warm milk. before dropping tha kixture, keep the lemon peel off! 4 Put again on the fire and let it cook, without boiling. The custard is ready when drawing with a spoon on the surface, you draw like a ‘sign’, bacause the mixture is soft but not liquid anymore!
