Country Corn Pudding
Food Ingredients:
1 can kernel corn, drained 1 can cream corn 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 stick butter 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 cup sour cream
Recipe preparation:
1 Melt butter, saute onions and green pepper until soft. Mix drained, corn, cream corn, egg, muffin mix and onions and green pepper. Put in greased 9×12 inch baking dish and top with the grated cheese and sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
