  1. EJ Session

Great recipe. Tried this for a breakfast potluck and got great response.
    Thank you.

  2. Vicky edwards

I ate a peice of russel stover chocolate while I watched this video. AND IT
    WAS GLORIOUS

  3. Greg Folger

you wouldnt need vitamins if you didnt drain your spinach that green water
you drain has 90% of the nutrients

  4. Paul von Elsner

Looks awesome. Going to the market to get the ingredients.
    Especially like the vitamin idea.
One tip though, tuck those fingers under when cutting, you don’t want any
    extra protein in the dish.

  5. Kronikwookie

That’s such a small amount of breakfast :

  6. dhodi123

    any substitutes for vegetarians?

  7. Sharon Mynes

Put a dishtowel under the cutting board. You won’t have it moving all over
    the counter if you do.

  8. A Watts

no need to change cutting boards if you like them. They bend so they’re
easy to dump chopped items into the pan or bowl, plus you can use different
colors for meats and veggies if you wanted. 🙂

Thank you for this recipe. I’m a noob to keto, so this helps a lot! I have
a mexican grocery store down the street from me, and I think I saw chorizo
there. Plus it’s perfect that I can freeze it, because nobody else here
will do this with me. Their loss. (well, MY (weight) loss. ; )

  9. Human Heart

Yes and even worse he microwaved it!!

  10. Bob johnson

hi, I want to lose 40 pounds , can you give me a diet plan? thanks buddy

  11. lancertelstar

onion is bad on a keto diet

  12. DaToscana

Hey man! Awesome recipe. I’m wondering what kind of Oil to cook did you
    use?
The good ol’ non stick cooking spray or olive oil?

  13. MRSMelanie F

Seems like a small lidded container with vitamins inside the bigger would
be way more environmentally. Also I assume the caveman comes into play with
paleo? If my assumption is correct packaged chorizo sausage, cheese, and
heavy cream are definitely not paleo. On the bright side your dish does
look delicious. It should not be labeled caveman and or paleo.

    Hi Man,

How do you eat eggs after staying 5 days in fridge?

In my country this is not norman because we use fresh eggs and if you
leave them more than 2 days you will probably have issues on toilet

  15. Jonathan Miranda

I noticed you separated the chorizo in 1lb bags. Did you cook 1 lb for the
week or did you end up cooking all 3 lb?

  16. Lindsey Carney

Made this over the weekend, I couldn’t find the chorizo so I just used the
Jimmy dean sausage. Still very good. :D

  17. Hei Yin Fung

Man, I love how you show the procedures of preparing your ingredients. Now
I know how to do it correctly 😀 you earned yourself a subscriber! ^_^

Definitely! The same formula in terms of eggs and cream can be used with
any meat / vegetable combination. You could sub broccoli, mushrooms or
cauliflower instead of the spinach. You could also use ground beef, ground
sausage, chicken, etc as the meat.
