WHAT the FUCK is with the STRAWBERRY! I’m so confused, it is annoying..

How can people eat such heavy foods in the morning is beyond me. It is
morning here and I almost threw up just by watching.

Its the pastry the one the normally use to make croissants ? The one the
comes in a can? I can use ground beef instead of the sausage ??

I think I would reduce the cheese by half. Looks like a lot to me.

Amazed at the number of negative comments….this isn’t a every day
    breakfast…special occasions…if this breakfast isn’t for you don’t make
    it…the negative comments aren’t necessary

This was actually really good. Not an everyday meal but I left out the
mozzarella cheese and oregano because I didnt have any and it was pretty
good maybe next time ill add some more black pepper and some veggies like
cut up green pepper and onion or mushroom its a good recipe to build on

Use turkey sausage, egg whites, low fat cheese and wheat biscuit. Comes out
just as good. And just maybe healthier maybe. Just a suggestion.

This is the proper way to start this day… A cholesterol party
Do you know that most studies show heart attacks are more likely to occur
over the breakfast table or during your morning shower than any other time
of day.Elevated cortisol levels during this time can lead to the rupture of
cholesterol plaques in coronary arteries ultimately leading to a four fold
higher risk of heart attack early in the morning.
