The ribs were awesome. 4 lbs gone in less than an hour !
Trying it right now; I used Southwest Spicy Mustard, thinking that it may
give the ribs a little more of a kick. I’m not sure how long to bake them,
so I’ll be just cutting one of the bigger ones open to see if they’re
done. If anyone happens to see this in the VERY near future, would you
mind giving some advice on cooking time? Thx.
