B. B. Q. Ribs
Food Ingredients:
4 lbs. pork ribs, cut into serving pieces 1 teaspoon salt 1 (#2 ½) can cling peach halves 1 cup catsup 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup fresh onion, minced 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe preparation:
1 Start oven at 375 degrees F. In shallow pan arrange ribs meaty side up, sprinkle with salt. 2 Drain peaches, reserving liquid. 3 In saucepan blend 1 cup reserved syrup with ketchup, Worcestershire, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, teaspoon salt, pepper. Heat to boiling and pour over ribs. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender. Around ribs arrange peaches and bake about 5 minutes longer. Baste with sauce. 4 to 6 servings.
