Healthy, Quick Lemon Chicken Recipe | The Lazy Cook EP1

This is a new series where I share a simple, delicious, & healthy recipes that I actually make all the time. This lemon chicken is amazing for meal prep on salads, with veggies, in a stir fry or pasta. It’s so simple, delicious, and always juicy! Next time, I’ll share something vegetarian that’s hearty & good.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Heat Olive Oil in Pan on High
2. Once Hot, Place Chicken Breast on Pan
3. Generously Apply Garlic Salt, Pepper, Herbs de Provence (I bought at Whole Foods – Rosemary, Thyme Blend)
4. Once Chicken is browned, FLIP (a few minutes)
5. Apply Same Seasoning to Other Side
6. Once Browned, Cover with Lemon Slices, & Turn Heat to Medium
7. Apply Lid & Leave for about 8 minutes.
8. Make sure it’s not pink & DINNER IS SERVED!

    I meal prep baked chicken breast by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, crushed
    garlic, basil and chilli and then coating the breasts in the mixture and
    just putting them in the oven for 25mins. I eat them on brown rice with a
    side of greens and veg :)
