Yasai Ramen
Food Ingredients:
A package of Ramen noodle, any kind.
Recipe preparation:
1 6-7 Thin sliced daikoni (Japanese long radish). 2 Small amount of shouga (ginger) and ninniku (garlic). 3 A few pieces of table onions. 4 Small amount of sliced onions. 5 Small amount of thin sliced ninjin (carrot). 6 1 piece hard boiled agg. 7 In a deep pan, cook all ingredients (except ramen) for 5 minutes together with water, a dash of msg(if desired), powdered ramen noodle seasoning. 8 Cook ramen noodle with ingredients from step 1. Note: Do not overcook vegetables and noodles. Eat while ingredients are hot w/HASHI.
