White Chocolate Fondue
Food Ingredients:
12 ounces white chocolate 1 ounce cherry brandy 8 ounces double cream
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine the chocolate and cream in a bowl over a pan of hot water, and stir until the chocolate melts completely. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the cherry brandy. Put the mixture in a fondue pot to keep warm.
