    I will so try this when we have zucchinis in our garden again, as they usually end up being given away or being forgotten… But this sounds like the perfect light meal when it is hot outside :)

    At first i was looking for the noodles or at least blended zuchini made into noodles…then i get it

    That looks awesome!  The way I make mine and I am not a chef, I cut the noodles, put salt on them to get rid of the moisture, rinse in very cold water. then dry on a salad spinner and serve with my little mix of slightly sauté garlic in olive oil , little salt and pepper and topped with toasted sesame seeds. It is refreshing!
