    If u dont have high flame burners, you can use induction cooker which has
    temperature upto 2000 degrees.

    You are a great chef. I am a Hakkanese. This is not Hakka dish. Maybe an
    Indian version of this dish, but does not matter as long as you like it and
    taste good. You can get a quasi-authentic Hakkanese food in the US in San
    Francisco Outer Richmond area. The classic is pork belly stew.
