And If… Everybody was not supposed to… eat the same way?
Guy just looks a little more bulked in 2 years. Higher bf%. You can tell by the midsection. Theres more fat around the lower abs area. Chest has virtually no new development, shoulders are a bit better for sure, arms haven't grown much. Thats about the difference between bulked vs lean. And in 2 years? He looks like he's only been lifting for 3 months. I think he either isn't training properly or his nutrition isn't on point. Im not saying that a vegan diet wont work… Im just saying this guy must be doing something wrong, which a lot of people do regardless of their diet. To make progress bodybuilding, you gotta track everything very closely and make informed adjustments frequently.
wrong. do the math. oats are primarily carbs which will encourage your body to store fat. so if you want a fat belly while trying to build strength, go ahead. yes there is some protein in oats, or rice, there's even some protein in lettuce, but youre obviously eating more carbs than protein when you consume these grains. meat is far more dense in protein than any grain as is whey protein, without the carbs. so eating a huge bowl of rice in order to get the same amount of protein in a sliver of meat, makes no sense, unless youre a power lifter and don't care that you'll get a fat belly. the vegans who build lean mass aren't telling you that they also take steroids and growth hormones and amino acid supplements. in order to build mass you need to eat calorie dense protein and if your goal is to build mass it makes little sense to eat grains as your source of protein. to say that we don't need much protein and that no one ever got sick from lack of protein etc is nonsense and a misdirection of the issue. no one ever ended up in the hospital because they ate too many carbs either.
@ 1:11, he has some bodyfat….well but that just my opinion lol
1:39 I am so glad this guy touches upon this subject. I have on other videos and i usually get the same response from the morons telling me i don't know what i am talking about. I personally am a meat eater, and i wish to stay that way, but i want to clear this up…..
YOU DO NOT NEED WHEY PROTEIN! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY ON WHEY PROTEIN!
You body will get all the protein it needs from a healthy diet. Simple! When you take in more protein than your body needs it will just come out in your urine.
The fitness / bodybuilding industry is full of powders and pills telling you they will do this and that. The truth is most of it does jack shit, and may in fact actually cause more harm than anything else if taken long term. It'd all a marketing ploy.
Loved the vid, very interesting. Had me doing some research. Can you tell me of any vegan bodybuilders that have turned pro in any federation.
Hi! Are you trainer I'm looking for a bodybuilding trainer vegan online I'm in process of bodybuilding I have been eating eggs and salmon. I don't eat anything more meat just the salmon and I want to change to fully vegan and compite like a bodybuilding.
These guys are smart.they deliberately twist facts to make it sound like animal protein is not so good for you.they conveniently leave out what doesn't suit the secret vegan agenda. We are humans. We are supposed to eat meat.Although fruit is delicious and healthy and vegetables are essential,it should be the staple of your diet alongside meat
Right on!
Thanks for the information. I'll definitely be adding more broccoli to my diet! Not ready to give up meat…. although I don't eat that much of it.
Fish is one of the healthiest foods you can Rat
Well said gentleman! It often happens when I tell people I'm a vegan the first thing they say to me is:
"Where do you get your protein from"? My response- where do you get your carbs from? Next thing I say is – clearly you are not educated on what a vegan is? Stops the stupid questions right away. Good discussion guys!!
at least you seem alot smarter/informed then your brother.
I'm going to start taking progress pictures soon. I've been vegan for almost 5 years now. i have such low body fat so my muscles were pretty visible already, I've been working out almost 2 months now and I've notice lots of gains. now when i see my pump i get really motivated cause with such low body fat the muscles just pop right out.
what's your diet like? your tipical food day?
Guys dont spread lies im a biochemist and plant protein is incomplete… The animals can synthethize the aminoacids we cant
Anyways vegan is healthy but it needs suplementation DONT JUST DO IT BLINDLY
Vegan is the future!!
