Vanilla Cake Recipe Demonstration

Stephanie Jaworski demonstrates how to make a Vanilla Cake. While there are many cakes that are perfect for celebrating birthdays and other special occasions, a two layer Vanilla Cake covered with Confectioners Frosting is especially popular. I really like this Vanilla Cake’s sweet buttery flavor and light and moist texture. The frosting used to both fill and frost the cake also has a sweet and buttery flavor with a light and fluffy texture.
To further decorate the cake, you can pipe some of the frosting around the top and base of the cake in a pretty design, and candy dots pressed into the frosting finish the look.

My mother is a excellent cake maker. She would bang the batter in the pans
to get the large air bubbles out of the batter so you didn’t have them in
the final cooked cake. Do you suggest doing that. I will say your cake
batter is very thick compared to her batter. I can’t wait to try this
receipt out on my wife birthday next week. Thanks, You are very good at
    video demos. :)

    Hi stephanie 🙂
Will this cake turn out a bit dry if I keep it for 2-3 days?
Will a little bit of soaking syrup help to keep it moist?

    cheers!
